You will find included in this email 3 links for the video interviews that were conducted last week, along with instructions on how to open them.

Thank you to the team members who gave time to be present at one, or more of these interviews. Thanks to Solomon for being at all 3! ...and making sure that the technical elements worked well.

I will send a subsequent email with links to preaching moments for the two candidates that you are not already familiar with... both video and audio links. (I am gathering those links now.)

Retain good confidentiality. Retain individual perspective. (i.e. it is fine to have conversation among members of this team about our journey, how we can best help MC, etc.... but keep your evaluations and opinions to yourself, because we want 11-viewpoints when we next gather.)

The first 5 videos are the Interview videos, for security reasons they are self-hosted meaning they are not in YouTube. Because of that they perform slower than usual and loading wait times will be longer (sometimes up 30 secs). Thanks for your patience.
